RSO Faith and Health Refreshing Retreat Series

A series of retreats designed to provide spiritual renewal and health education. Intentionally designed to address the needs of predetermined targeted demographic groups (e.g., Women’s Refreshing, Men’s Refreshing, Youth Refreshng, Singles Refreshing, etc.), our retreats offer participants a chance to rejuvenate their faith, learn about holistic health practices, and build supportive community connections. They also provide a shared opportunity for leaders from both the faith community and the medical/behavioral health community to learn from one another, thereby increasing their ability to collaborate their efforts for the benefit of the community.
